The Founding Story

I built QuantumPath because I kept seeing the same gap.

Mission-driven organizations were doing extraordinary work — and struggling with the basics. Hiring without systems. Growing without policies. Running on institutional knowledge that lived in one person’s head. Not because they didn’t care, but because they never had access to the kind of HR and operations support that larger, better-resourced organizations take for granted.

I started QuantumPath to close that gap. With 15+ years in HR strategy, organizational design, and people operations, I bring both the technical expertise and the human-centered approach these organizations need.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Ashlee Brown founded QuantumPath after nearly a decade as a senior people and operations leader at Community Solutions — a national nonprofit driving systemic change on homelessness across 100+ U.S. cities. There, she served as Principal of People Operations and Culture, leading the organization's first collective bargaining efforts, a $350K PEO transition, and the build-out of HR, L&D, and operations infrastructure from the ground up.

Before QuantumPath, she also served as a fractional HR and operations executive through CANOE Collective, supporting organizations including Bronx Defenders — where she recruited their Chief People & Equity Officer and designed foundational training for their public defender staff.

Ashlee holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from LSU, and carries certifications in SHRM-SCP, PMP, and Leadership Development Coaching. She brings that same rigor — and the same belief that mission-driven organizations deserve serious infrastructure — to every QuantumPath engagement.
